Saturday morning Tom Kostrivas of The Throttlestop Collection welcomed us and our cars to his spotless facility where we received a presentation from Clyde Morter of Elkhart Lake Historic Race Circuits featuring a unique video of the 1952 road race weekend and early Road America footage
We were honored with a special appearance by racing legend David Hobbs of Team Lotus, Lola Cars Ltd, Standard Triumph, etc. in career that lasted from the 1960s through the 1980s

Saturday evening we joined a few dozen of our closest friends (other car enthusiasts) for the last Sunset Cruise of the year on the four-mile track at Road America
Sunday morning a few of us enjoyed a couple of laps on the historic 1950 road race circuit on the north side of Elkhart Lake and then a full lap of the 1951/52 road circuit around the lake before heading home in Jaguars, a Land-Rover, MGs, and and Austin-Healey
